Why Do We Need a Reseller's Certificate?
As a professional photographer and business owner, you are exempt from paying sales tax to Photo Albums Direct and are required to collect and remit sales tax on the sale of these items to your client. Therefore, you won't be charged any sales tax by us even if you don't send us your sales tax exemption certificate. However, should the state in which you reside contact us about sales tax, it will help us resolve things much more quickly if we have your sales tax exemption certificate on file.
